Which platform do the products run on?

All Retailberg products are built for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and are delivered through the MQL5 Market.

Can I try a product before buying?

Yes. Each product page on MQL5 offers a free demo you can run in the MT5 Strategy Tester. Use visual mode with “Every tick based on real ticks” and start with the most recent 1–3 days of history on M1 or M5.

How many computers can I use it on?

Each purchase includes 5 activations, managed by MQL5.

Do I need Level 2 / futures data?

Only for the futures workflows. Delta Atlas and the Futures Footprint’s Exchange Feed mode need a broker that offers exchange-traded futures with market depth. Footprint Chart Pro, POC Breakout and Volume Bubbles work on forex, CFD and index symbols, and the Futures Footprint also has an MT5 Native mode for them.

Do the tools place trades automatically?

Footprint Chart Pro and Delta Atlas are analysis-only and never place, modify or close orders. Please read each product’s description on MQL5 for its exact behaviour.

Where do I get support and updates?

Updates are delivered through MQL5. For questions, message the seller on MQL5 or use the comments section on the product page — user manuals are linked from each listing.
