Privacy & cookies
Your privacy on retailberg.com
Last updated: 25 October 2026
The short version
- No cookies are set by this website.
- No tracking, advertising or analytics tools are used.
- No forms: we don’t collect your name, email or payment details here. Purchases happen on the MQL5 Market.
- Because nothing needs your consent, there’s no cookie banner.
What is stored on your device
One small item, kept only for your current visit: a note in your browser’s session storage that the intro animation has already played, so it doesn’t replay on every page load. It contains no personal information and is deleted automatically when you close the tab. Nothing is kept in longer-term storage.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. If Cloudflare’s security systems need to check that a visitor is human, they may set a strictly necessary security cookie; this is exempt from consent rules.
Market data strip
The strip of market prices near the top of the homepage is loaded by your browser directly from these services when you visit:
- CNBC: delayed daily market data;
- Frankfurter: European Central Bank reference exchange rates, used as a backup for currency pairs;
- Binance: public Bitcoin price data, used as a backup.
As with any web request, these services can see your IP address and browser information. No cookies are sent or stored by these requests, and the data is not saved on your device.
YouTube video
The Volume Bubbles section includes a product video hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. It then plays in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once the video is playing, YouTube (Google) may collect information and set cookies under Google’s privacy policy. If you’d rather not, you can watch the same video on youtube.com instead, or not play it at all.
Fonts and images
All fonts, images and videos on this site (apart from the YouTube player above) are served from retailberg.com itself. We don’t load them from Google or any other third party.
Buying a product
The “Buy” and “Free demo” buttons take you to the MQL5 Market. Purchases, accounts, licences and payments are handled entirely by MQL5 (MetaQuotes Ltd) under their privacy policy. Retailberg does not receive your payment details.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law (GDPR) you can ask what personal data is held about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. This website itself doesn’t hold personal data about visitors. For anything relating to a purchase, MQL5 holds your account information.

Changes
If we add anything that uses cookies or tracking in future, such as analytics, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
